Founder

Hi, I’m Heather — a Licensed Massage Therapist with a lifelong passion for healing through movement. I began my journey over a decade ago working in my family’s practice, Spagnoli Physical Therapy, where I gained hands-on experience supporting patients through recovery. That experience inspired me to earn a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Penn State, where I deepened my understanding of human anatomy, rehabilitation, and performance.

 

While I initially planned to become a Physical Therapist, I chose to pursue Massage Therapy, earning my NY State license to provide care that bridges clinical treatment with hands-on healing. My work is focused on personalized, therapeutic massage that complements physical therapy and supports both injury recovery and long-term wellness.

 

After personally recovering from an injury, I grew more connected to the process of rehabilitation — and more committed to creating a space that supports both recovery, preventative, & integrative care. My passion also extends to athletes. As a state champion field hockey player and lifelong competitive horse show jumper, I understand what it takes to keep the body healthy for high performance.
